🚚 3. Shipping & Returns Policy

• Standard delivery within South Africa typically takes 2–5 working days once shipped.
• Remote or outlying areas may take slightly longer.
• We partner with trusted couriers (e.g., The Courier Guy, Aramex, PUDO).
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and parcel weight.

Free Shipping

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions — details will be shown at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your PodBox. If you’re not 100% satisfied:

• You may return your item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it’s unused and in its original packaging.
• To start a return, contact info@sevenolives.co.za with your order number.
• Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or exchange (excluding courier fees).
• Custom or personalised orders are not eligible for return unless defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once shipped, please follow the return process.
